Manufacturing Delays and Fulfillment Update

Hi everyone. We heard back from our manufacturer yesterday and it looks like there has been some delays in shipping the pins. They apparently had some sort of problem with the plating on some of the pins and they are working as fast as they can to get them fixed. As such, it looks like we won't be getting them in time to ship them out for Christmas. It's unfortunate, but we'd rather they take the time to make sure the pins are top quality than getting defective pins.
At this point, we are expecting to ship your rewards the first week in January. If there are any other delays, we will be sure to keep you updated!
Fulfillment Update and Sample Photos!

Hi everyone! I wanted to give you an update on how the production of the pins is going! We heard from our manufacturer recently and the pins are estimated to ship on December 10th. So long as the pins don't get stuck in the mail, we should be able to have everyone's orders out before the holidays!
In the meantime, here are photos of the samples we had done. These were mostly to check and make sure the molds were good and the glitter was to our liking. We are really happy with the quality of these samples! There were a few changes in colors we decided to make for the full run on some of the pins. But for the most part, you can expect your pins to look similar to these!

Survey Deadline This Friday!

Hi everyone! Good news! The samples for the pins are on their way and will be here (hopefully) either Friday or Monday. If the samples look good, then it'll be time to put in the final order! That means it's important that you fill out your survey if you haven't already!
Surveys are what allow us to collect your shipping address and let us know which pins you want. If you don't fill out your survey, then you won't get your reward! If you lost the link to your survey, you can retrieve it HERE.
Right now we are planning on locking Surveys on Friday.
Fulfillment Timeline.
November 9th: Pin samples are received.
November 10th: Final order submitted. Manufacturing begins.
December 9th: Manufacturing (hopefully) is complete. Pins are shipped to us.
December 15th: Fulfillment begins.
These dates are estimates only. Delays can happen along the way whether in manufacturing and shipping. Covid and the upcoming holidays can have a serious impact shipping. So while we would absolutely love for you to have these by the Holidays, we really can't promise that. If anything, we are feeling pretty positive you could have your rewards by the end of December. If delays do happen along the way, we will be sure to keep you updated.

Surveys!

Hi everyone! We have sent out a small percentage of surveys as a test to make sure the survey is working correctly. If you've received your survey, please fill it out soon so we can make sure everything is running smoothly.
For those of you still waiting on your survey, you should get it by Monday afternoon. Please note that filling out your survey is REQUIRED if you want your reward. During this survey you'll be able to select your pins, fill out your shipping address, and add on any extra rewards to your order.
As for the production of the pins, the manufacturer is currently making the molds and we are crossing our fingers we will receive the samples in the next few weeks. Once we have the samples, we will lock the surveys and place our final orders. Currently, we are planning on fulfillment to start in early December.

We are funded! What happens next.

Hi everyone! Thank you so much for such a successful Kickstarter campaign. Many of you have already had your pledge payment collected by Kickstarter. So here's what happens next!
Kickstarter will continue to try and collect any failed payments for the next week and a half. After which, Kickstarter will transfer the funds to us. Once that happens, we will launch our survey where you'll be able to choose which pins you'd like for your reward! We'll also collect your shipping addresses at that time and you can add on any extra items to your order. We expect the survey to go out sometime around October 21st. Please note that you must ABSOLUTELY fill out your survey if you want your reward!
Currently, our manufacturer is working on creating the molds to create the pins. The manufacturer will send us a small sample of each pin design to make sure the quality is up to our standards before we put in our final larger order. This process can take up to 8 weeks depending on how busy the manufacturer is. Currently we are hoping to start fulfillment in late November/early December.
